Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect of St Columba's CI parish church, Gartan, Co. Donegal, 1819. This fact is recorded on a plaque on the tower, 'but the disarmingly childish harled tower hardly suggests more than a competent builder giving himself airs'.(1)
