Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Amateur architect, notorious for his restoration of St Alban's Cathedral, for biography of whom see Peter Ferriday, Lord Grimthorpe, 1816-1905 (1957). Lord Grimthorpe was responsible for the design of 'a large Cambridge quarter chime clock' for St Patrick's Cathedral, Dundalk, 1904.(1)
