Architect, of London and Bristol, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), I, 465. While he was in partnership with EDWARD WILLIAM GODWIN  EDWARD WILLIAM GODWIN he was involved in the building of Glenbeigh Castle, Co. Kerry.(1)

Building: CO. KERRY, GLENBEIGH TOWERS
Date: 1868-1870
Nature: With Edward William Godwin, for Rowland Wynn. House leaked badly and work was taken over by J.F. Fuller. Winn entered action against Godwin and Crisp for cost of Fuller's successful intervention, 'but the defendants caved in, and the trial never took place'.
