Civil engineers and architects, of Victoria Street, Belfast, active from the 1890s until the second decade of the twentieth century. John Fraser, who describes himself as 'Civil Engineer & Architect' in the 1911 census, was, according to the same source, born in Killinchy, Co. Down, in 1851 or 1852. He married his wife, Charlotte Dorothea, circa 1878, and had an only son whom he later took into partnership.
