Builder, of Donaghadee, Co. Down.   According to the 1911 census, William Curragh was born in Co. Down, circa 1862.(1)  The same census describes him as a retired builder, Presbyterian by denomination, living at 14 Killaghy Road, Donaghadee, with his wife Margaret.  He is said to hve designed the masonic hall in Donaghadee.(2)
