Architectural partnership, of Belfast, formed between BENJAMIN COWSER
BENJAMIN COWSER and VALENTINE SMYTH
VALENTINE SMYTH in 1935. The partnership lasted until Cowser and Smyth both joined the army during World War II. In 1951 Cowser, who had been practising in London, went into partnership with Smyth again, this time as SMYTH & COWSER.
