Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect who supervised the addition of an upper storey containing assembly rooms to the Belfast market house, circa 1775. The Assembly Rooms were designed by ROBERT TAYLOR ROBERT TAYLOR , of London, and Cooper was probably one of his assistants.
