Plasterworker and younger partner of THOMAS CLARKE.& THOMAS CLARKE.& #160;  Charles Clarke was employed by the Rt. Hon. Henry Theophilus Clements in 1788 to carry out plasterwork at Woodville, Co. Dublin,  including the ceilings in the 'large room' and staircase.(1)
